4-5 Bonhill Street, EC2

Acting for a global business school Dave identified the organic growth of start ups around Silicon Roundabout (Old St) and pitched the location and a number of buildings that could be converted into a business school campus.  This feasibility  exercise focused on 25,000 sq ft of vacant B1 office space in the heart of the city fringe - an area soon after designated Tech City by the UKTI. It included 80 Great Eastern St (now home to Microsoft), The Tramshed ( now a Mark Hix restaurant) and Bonhill St.

This building study was primarily on the suitability as a D1 education space with the adaption of a disused loading bay to become a full height feature entrance to cater for the increased footfall.

Hult chose not to move forward with this particular building and it was later taken on by Google for their Campus London.
