Peter Jones Chelsea Rooftop
Planning and listed building consent to reconfigure the top floor of Peter Jones to create a new food, drink and dwell destination connected to two roof gardens above. The concept was inspired by the ideas found in the archive of Spedan Lewis (the founder of the Partnership model) who dreamed of a swimming pool, squash courts and roof top promenading.
COVID curtailed the development of this project and is as yet unrealised.
