How do you appropriately sign a Grade 2 Listed Victorian Brewery for Hult International Business School? This was the challenge we set ourselves.
We sourced archive images from the City of London showing how Johnny Walker handled it over 50 years ago. We approached traditional brewery sign writers to learn how period breweries and warehouses would sign their buildings. We achieved full listed building and planning consent. The sign was painted by hand and looks rather grand over the growing city skyline behind.
