Introduction:
I am a client side project development manager with over 15 years experience. I have a Master of Science with Distinction in Sustainable Planning. I seek out and create sustainably minded, people-centric places from empty or underused spaces. Projects I have developed have been the winner of, or shortlisted for, a series of awards including RIBA National and RIBA London regionals. My approach balances lateral thinking with successful project delivery. I have found myself to be passionate about realising successful places for people from conception to completion.

About:
I moved from London to West Wales in 2016 where I have developed a collection of unique holiday accommodation made from converted former farm buildings including a cart house, pigsty and dairy barn and I have converted small areas of unmanaged scrub to a native wildflower meadow.
In 2021 as the COVID pandemic eased and there was an accelerated move to remote working, I co-founded Pods of Wales, a startup creating handcrafted ‘third-spaces’ for work or play. From garden studios, to saunas and follies we have designed and built all the structures ourselves. With local supply chain a priority, we approached each project as an opportunity to showcase Welsh larch and vernacular and provide calming and productive spaces.
