Hult London Postgraduate - BCO Winner

Winner of the BCO Refurbished / Recycled Workspace Award London and South East 2012

Shortlisted AJ Retrofit Awards 2012

Following an exhaustive search of over 200 properties and the production of location specific business cases by Dave and Darcy Soar, Hult settled on a 24,000 net sq ft, 1960's built, mock Georgian building within the Bloomsbury conservation area. A subsequent change of use from B1 to D1 allowed Hult to fit out this space for its Postgraduate campus in central London featuring 6 floors of state-of-the-art modern interiors behind a 'London' facade.

In the words of 30 Rock’s Liz Lemon, “I want to go to there.” - Tiffany B Chan, Campus Manager, Hult Boston

Top marks to Dave Harris and the architects for putting the faculty offices facing the front. I ate my sandwich sat at a desk looking out the window at the lovely green Grays Inn Field… a bit of tranquillity between sessions is most welcome… – Ronan Gruenbaum, Associate Dean, Hult London
