The Warehouse Pizzeria by Benugo

A 2000 sq. ft. bar and wood fired pizza oven within a Grade 2 listed Victorian brewery. Key to this concept was the introduction of the wood fired oven to provide an evening economy.  This intervention would allow the space to provide hot cooked food without the need for a full catering kitchen or associated mechanical extract. The oven is sympathetic to the brewing vessels that once stood in the space and creates an element of theatre to the food offering.
